It was an early morning start in Taupo on Saturday as Ella took part in the 4.2k swim from Acacia Bay to Three-mile bay.

When she finished Ella was first woman home in a time 57:13 beating the next woman home by more than 4 minutes.

And coming 6^th overall with places 2 to 6 only being separated by 7 seconds.

Also, the week before Ella took part in the 2.4k Chelsea Swim from Masefield beach at the foot of the Harbour Bridge to the historic Chelsea Sugar factory

Where she finished First woman again in 33:11 beating the next woman home by more than 6 minutes

And coming 5^th overall
