Victor, originally from Hong Kong has been awarded the International Bronze Coach Qualification by Australian Swimming Coaches & Teachers Association as well as the Swimming Teacher Certificate under the Hong Kong Amateur Swimming Association.

As a former Assisting Coach of South China
Athletic Association and the Triathlon Team, he had the pleasure of his team swimmers represent their country competing in various Asian and International tournaments.

Victor's approach is not only patient, gentle and fun but he also believes that building a connection with swimmers is crutual to their development.
He thinks that it is important to understand the
swimmers’ personalities and characters so that he could provide a more effective guidance alongside teaching them swimming techniques.
